QUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in the „OneFootball x Market Debut” quest, the participant accepts these quest terms and conditions of OneFootball Capital GmbH (hereinafter: "OneFootball"). Participation in the quest is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.

1. This quest is organized by OneFootball Capital GmbH, Donaustraße 44, 12043 Berlin, Germany.

2. Only individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States of America, are eligible to participate in the quest. Employees of OneFootball (and any of its affiliates) are excluded from participating in the quest.

3. OneFootball reserves the right to exclude participants from the quest for good cause. This may include, but is not limited to, any, violations of these quest terms and conditions, as well as any attempt to manipulate the quest or disrupt its proper conduct (e.g., through the use of automated scripts, hacking tools, Trojans, or viruses). In these instances, rewards may be subsequently revoked. Specifically, instances of manipulation that may result in exclusion from the quest include collective or multiple entries (e.g., if a participant creates or uses multiple accounts to enhance their chances of winning).

4. Participation in the quest is only possible via the quest page on https://fanpass.onefootball.com/quests

5. To complete the quest, participants must complete each of the following tasks (hereinafter referred to as the “Quest Tasks”):

a. Open or create your FanPass.

b. Start Market Debut quest.

c. Sign up for Polymarket using the official OneFootball link.

d. Deposit at least $10 into your Polymarket account.

e. Return to FanPass and wait for verification.

6. Each participant who has complete all tasks according to Sec. 5 will be rewarded with 1500 $OFC Token (Base) (the “Competition Reward”).

7. The winners will be notified by OneFootball and the winner will be able to claim their reward in the “Rewards Section in FanPass” as soon as Polymarket confirms the required deposit amount to OneFootball.

8. By participating in the quest, the participant expressly agrees that their personal data provided to OneFootball can be processed by OneFootball solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract related to verification of the completion of the Quest Tasks. For more information about data protection, please refer to our privacy policy.

9. OneFootball is not liable for false information that is expressed and disseminated by participants and/or third parties, including any cooperation partners of OneFootball, in connection with the promotion of the quest.

OneFootball is also not liable for damages caused by technical failures, delays, or interruptions in transmissions, or for damages incurred in connection with participation in the quest or the acceptance and use of the Competition Reward, except where OneFootball or its agents act intentionally or grossly negligent. Likewise, the liability of OneFootball and its vicarious agents for breaches of contractual obligations and for tort is limited to intent and gross negligence. Claims for damages due to injury to life, limb, health, or essential contractual obligations remain unaffected.

10. Payment of the value of the Competition Reward in cash as well as exchange or payment in kind is excluded.

11. OneFootball reserves the right to cancel the quest, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice and without providing reasons. This is particularly applicable if the quest cannot be carried out as planned, e.g. in the event of computer viruses, software and/or hardware errors and/or for other technical and/or legal reasons. This also applies in the event of manipulation(s) or attempts at manipulation that compromises the proper conduct of the quest.

12. Legal recourse is excluded.

13. These terms and conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the provisions of international private law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be Berlin, Germany.

14. These quest terms and conditions represent the final terms for the quest. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions.
