Prize COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing or using 1F Play GameHub ("GameHub"), a feature of the OneFootball Platform, you agree to these Prize Competition Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms are issued by OneFootball GmbH ("OneFootball"). These Terms should be read together with the 1F Play GameHub Terms of Use and the OneFootball Privacy Notice. Capitalised terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.

  1. These Terms apply to your participation in any prize competition or free prize draw made available throug GameHub (“Competition”). The Competition is operated by OneFootball GmbH, Donaustraße 44, 12043 Berlin, Germany.

  2. GameHub is free to play. No purchase of goods or services is required to access GameHub or to participate in any prize competition or free prize draw.

  3. Only individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United Kingdom are eligible to participate in the Competition. Employees of OneFootball GmbH (and any of its affiliates) are excluded from participating in the Competition.

  4. OneFootball reserves the right to exclude participants from the Competition for a good cause. This may include, but is not limited to, any, violations of these Terms, as well as any attempt to manipulate the competition or disrupt its proper conduct (e.g., through the use of automated scripts, hacking tools, Trojans, or viruses). In these instances, prizes may be subsequently revoked. Specifically, instances of manipulation that may result in exclusion from the GameHub include collective or multiple entries (e.g., if a participant creates or uses multiple accounts to enhance their chances of winning).

  5. The Competition begins on [...] and ends on [...], at 11:59 pm (CET) (hereinafter referred to as the "Closing Date").

  7. [The winner/s] will be determined by [XXX]. [The winner/s] will be selected no later than 48 hours after the Closing Date from all participants who have met the requirements laid out in Section 6 in good time. 

  8. [The winner/s] will be notified by OneFootball via [means of notification] within 48 hours of the Competition Closing Date. [The winner/s] must confirm receipt of the prize notification to OneFootball within 48 hours of receipt and provide their first and last name, e-mail address and postal address (hereinafter referred to as "Contact Details") via [means of providing the Contact Details] for the purpose of prize delivery. In the event that a winner does not provide their Contact Details to OneFootball within 48 hours of receiving the prize notification, the Competition Prize will be forfeited, and OneFootball reserves the right to select a new winner.

  9. By participating in the Competition, the participant expressly agrees that their Contact Details will be processed by OneFootball solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract related to the shipment of the Competition Prize. OneFootball commits to permanently deleting all Contact Details immediately after the Competition Prize has been shipped. For more information about data protection, please refer to Section 3.9 of our privacy policy.

  10. The Competition Prize will be sent to [the winner/s] by OneFootball by [means of prize delivery]. Delivery is limited to within England and free of charge. The risk of deterioration or loss of the Competition Prize passes to [the winner/s] once the Competition Prize is handed over to the shipping service or the post office. OneFootball shall not be liable for any damage, loss or delay that may occur during delivery.

  11. OneFootball is not liable for false information that is expressed and disseminated by participants and/or third parties, including any cooperation partners of OneFootball, in connection with the promotion of the Competition. OneFootball is also not liable for damages caused by technical failures, delays, or interruptions in transmissions, or for damages incurred in connection with participation in the Competition or the acceptance and use of the Competition Prize, except where OneFootball or its agents act intentionally or grossly negligent. Likewise, the liability of OneFootball and its vicarious agents for breaches of contractual obligations and for tort is limited to intent and gross negligence. Claims for damages due to injury to life, limb, health, or essential contractual obligations remain unaffected.

  12. Payment of the value of the Competition Prize in cash as well as exchange or payment in kind is excluded.

  13. OneFootball reserves the right to cancel the Competition, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice and without providing reasons. This is particularly applicable if the Competition cannot be carried out as planned, e.g. in the event of computer viruses, software and/or hardware errors and/or for other technical and/or legal reasons. This also applies in the event of manipulation(s) or attempts at manipulation that compromises the proper conduct of the Competition.

  14. Legal recourse is excluded.

  15. These Competitions terms and conditions represent the final terms for the Competitions. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions.
