At OneFootball, we are committed to providing accessible digital experiences for all users, including people with disabilities. We aim to ensure that our products and services, including our OneFootball websites, mobile applications, and connected TV apps, collectively hereinafter as the “OneFootball Platform”, are usable and inclusive, consistent with applicable accessibility laws and recognized technical standards.

  • Websites: https://onefootball.com and any related subdomains or microsites operated by OneFootball

  • Mobile Applications: OneFootball App available for iOS and Android devices; and

While we seek to ensure consistent accessibility across all our products, some features, content, or third-party integrations may not yet meet our targeted standard. We are actively working to improve these areas.

OneFootball aims to meet or exceed the applicable Standard: WCAG 2.1 AA / WCAG 2.2 AA technical standard, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

We continue to enhance accessibility by adding new improvements through design updates, app releases, and content production workflows.

The OneFootball Platform support a range of accessibility features, including but not limited to:

  • Compatibility with screen readers (e.g., VoiceOver, TalkBack, JAWS, NVDA);

  • Keyboard and remote navigation support;

  • Adjustable text size and contrast;

  • Captions and subtitles for supported content;

  • Alternative text for meaningful images;

  • Accessible forms and clear focus indicators;

Known Limitations and Areas Under Improvement

While we strive for full accessibility, certain areas of the OneFootball Platform may present challenges:

  • Some legacy or third-party video content may not yet have captions or audio descriptions

  • Some interactive elements may not respond optimally with assistive technology

  • Some connected TV or console interfaces have limited voice navigation

We prioritize issues based on user impact and technical feasibility. Updates to address these limitations are included in our regular development cycle.

5. Compatibility with Assistive Technologies

Our digital services are designed to work with major assistive technologies and operating systems, including:

  • Screen readers for iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS;

  • Voice control and screen magnification tools;

  • Updated browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox.

Accessibility performance may vary depending on your device, operating system version, browser, or third-party hardware and software settings.

We conduct regular audits, user testing, and automated scans to identify and fix barriers. Our accessibility efforts are integrated into our design, development, and quality assurance processes.
