Your Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract with our seller within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:
you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or
you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods in the case of a contract for multiple items.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform 11teamsports GmbH, Im Winkel 1-3, 74589 Satteldorf, Email: service@11teamsports.com, Phone: +49 7951 9645-100 of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments you have made to the seller, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day the seller receives notice of your withdrawal. For this repayment, the seller will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; no fees will be charged for this refund.
The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to the seller promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you inform the seller of the withdrawal from the purchase contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.\
The seller will bear the cost of returning the goods if you use the return label provided by the seller for a return within Germany. Otherwise, you are responsible for the return costs.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
