TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

This competition is carried out by OneFootball GmbH (“Onefootball”), Greifswalder Strasse 212, 10405 Berlin. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, EA Sports, FIFA, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Origin do not sponsor or support the competition and are not liable for any claims related to the competition. All questions related to the competition should be addressed to OneFootball: feedback@onefootball.com 

1. The competition is carried out for OneFootball users. 

2. Persons are eligible who are at least 14 years old. Minors need authorization from a parent.

3. Employees of OneFootball and their family member or members living in their household are excluded from participating in the competition.

4. The participation is free of charge.

5. The prizes are provided by OneFootball. 

In total 90 (ninety) winners will be determined. The prize for the competition consists of:

Each winner will get one card with 12,000 FIFA points

Ninety (90) prizes will be given. A total of 10 countries will participate in this competition: Argentina, Brazil,  Chile, Colombia, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, and the UK.

6. In order to participate in the competition, participants have to: 

  • go to the indicated landing page, 

  • download the OneFootball app, 

  • answer the questions of the form:

    • Copy and paste the headline of the first article they see when they open the OneFootball app

    • Answer which players they would you like to buy and why

    • What platform they play FIFA on

    • Country of residence

    • Full name

    • Email address

  • tick the box to confirm that they agree to this Terms & Conditions

Finally, participation according to these terms and conditions must be confirmed by the participant by clicking on the indicated participation button. 

7. The competition starts on Thursday, 10th of December 2020, and ends on 10th of January 2021 (23:59 CET). After the end of the competition, no further entries shall be considered.

8. The winners will be randomly determined by draw by OneFootball on 11.01.2021 among those participants who have fulfilled the requirements as set out in section 6. Thereafter, the winner will be contacted by email.

9. All requested data are required in order to send the prize and in order to verify whether the winner is eligible for the prize.

10. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not explicitly accept the prize within 24 hours of the notification by providing positive response to OneFootball and/or does not provide the information needed for the sending and organisation of the prize and not in a timely manner, Onefootball reserves the right to determine a replacement winner by draw.

11. A cash payment of the prize is excluded. A division of the prize into individual components is excluded. The prize is non-transferable and OneFootball reserves the right to substitute the prize for another equivalent prize without notice. All warranty rights are excluded. 

12. Incorrect or incomplete data entries lead to exclusion from the competition.

13. OneFootball reserves the right to make changes to the competition or to terminate it at any time, especially due to force majeure or for reasons beyond the area of responsibility of OneFootball. OneFootball is not liable for third party responsibility and actions of third parties, which may lead to the failure of the competition. Neither shall OneFootball be liable due to the failure of the competition for any additional costs (such as hotel, meals, transportation costs) incurred by the winner in connection with the prize.

14. The competition and these conditions of participation are subject to German law and disputes concerning them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of German courts.
